Hi Cheryl—now that we have spent a couple of months really living in our new kitchen, I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you and let you know how happy we are with the results!
First, I want to thank you personally—for all your help, your patience while we made decisions, and your expert advice. You provided great service and pulled us back to task when we started to stray into ideas that you thought wouldn’t work well within the space or the manner in which we use it. In addition, you helped us work almost all our “wish list” items into a fixed amount of space and with a budget that we could afford.
Second, I just wanted to let you know that it all turned our beautifully! We are so happy with the Wood-Mode cabinets! They give me better space and organization, and look GORGEOUS, so have totally changed the look and fee of the kitchen. The addition of the breakfast bar has changed the way we use the room—the kitchen now works well as the heart of the house, as it should. We do much more cooking at home now and the amount of baking we did over the holidays could have rivaled any bakery in town! The subway and accent tiles on the backsplash were the perfect complement to the quartz countertop. You and I spent a lot of time selecting that countertop and I have to tell you that we chose the perfect one—it looks rich and earthy and totally makes the room!
So thank you very much for all your help and expertise. My husband comments frequently on how the new layout and design have totally changed how we use the room. So much so that we are now considering a similar renovation to the family room! I’ve shared your card with friends and colleagues who are considering kitchen reno’s and highly recommend you and MKS when they ask who we used. We were very pleased with the service, the quality of the materials and the end result.
I have 29 year old Wood Mode cabinets and wanted to update my kitchen without replacing the cabinets. Yes, I am trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. Today, I spoke with Cheryl who has been, by far, the NICEST person I have encountered during my project. She was patient and knowledgeable and offered her opinion when asked which others have refused to do. I appreciated her input and only wish that I had thought of calling your store at least 2 months ago.
I vote that Cheryl is named employee of the month/year if your company has such a recognition program.
