Kaitlin’s main focus in designing a kitchen is designing to fit the way the customer lives. She believes the kitchen is the most important room in the home. This is where family and friends gather, and where everyday life happens. Kaitlin designs with every aspect of the flow and functionality in mind, while also giving the client the style and beauty of their dream kitchen or bath. During the initial stages of the design process she enjoys spending time with each individual client to determine their specific needs and wants. She helps weed through all of the many options available to figure out what works best for her clients and builds them a design suited to their lifestyle.
Kaitlin attended Keystone College in Pennsylvania and Empire State College in New York where she majored in Fine Arts and Design. She is also a member of the NKBA.
In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, gardening at home, and hiking, kayaking, and camping with her family and her two dogs Loki and Odin.
Meet James Marrocco. His design philosophy is simple: A kitchen should be workable with your cooking style, as well as attractive to the eye.
Jim attended Wood-Mode Cabinetry’s Training and Advanced Design Schools. Since 1984, Jim has been continually recognized by this cabinet company as a member of their Silver Star Club (1984 – 1986) and Gold Star Club (1987 – present).
Robert Schanck believes that understanding is the key to superior design. By understanding what the customer is looking for and by making sure the customer understands the functions and aesthetics of each cabinet, Robert puts his 12 years of kitchen and bath industry experience to good use.
In addition to his experience with contractor sales, remodeling and supervising crews, Robert spent 12 years as a New York state-certified building inspector, verifying that new and remodeling work met current building codes. This background, in addition to his Wood-Mode design training, enables him to better review plans, creating more effective space planning for his customers.
In his spare time, Robert balances camping and traveling with his 23-year commitment to the Castleton Volunteer Ambulance squad.
